Terms & Conditions

Reservations are limited to the following room types: Single King, Double Queen, Single Queen (ADA), Junior Suite, Junior Suite (ADA), Executive Suite, subject to availability, limited to single or double occupancy, and may only be booked up to fourteen (14) consecutive nights per trip. Blackout dates may apply. Guests must prepay a refundable deposit of all room nights and tax at the time of booking. Reservations booked under this offer become non-cancellable and non-refundable seven (7) days before your arrival, and the full deposit of all room nights and taxes will be forfeited. Reservations canceled more than seven (7) days before your arrival will be refunded in full.

PARKING INFORMATION
Self-park is located off North E Street for Silverland Inn. Self-parking at the property is complimentary for all Silverland Inn registered guests, subject to availability. For non-registered guests, the daily parking fee is $20 per day. Prices may be higher during special events. Complimentary self-parking is extended to Silverland Bistro & Bar guests.

HOTEL AMENITIES POLICY
Amenities offered at Silverland Inn are subject to availability and may be seasonal. Please get in touch with the front desk at (775) 847-4484 for the most accurate information on amenity availability. Please note that Silverland Inn no longer has a fitness room or a pool. We appreciate your understanding as we are building out new guest amenities. Please note reservations canceled due to amenity availability are subject to the same cancellation policy as above.

CLEANING FEE POLICY
Smoking inside any hotel room or public space is strictly prohibited. A $250 deep cleaning fee will be charged for smoking or the need for excessive cleaning in any hotel room or public area. Violations of this policy may result in your reservation being canceled or trespassed from the property without a refund.

PET POLICY
Pets are not permitted within any public areas or guest rooms. A service animal may accompany guests. Violations of this policy will incur a deep cleaning fee of $250 and may result in your reservation being canceled or trespassed from the property without refund.

GUEST BEHAVIOR STANDARDS
Maley Holdings is committed to ensuring our guests' and employees' safety and enjoyment while on the property. Please contact the Front Desk if anyone interferes with your safety or enjoyment at our property. Any behavior deemed at our sole discretion to be inappropriate and disrespectful is prohibited and may result in your reservation being canceled or trespassed from the property without refund. This includes:

  • Unruly behavior, threatening or obscene gestures, fighting, or violence.

  • Derogatory and threatening language, including offensive remarks about race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, national origin, pregnancy, or other legally protected classifications.

  • Clothing deemed, at our discretion, to not conform to dress codes in restaurants, event spaces, public areas and elsewhere. Also, clothing deemed to be offensive or indecent is prohibited.

  • Possession of weapons except with Maley Holding’s prior knowledge and written consent.

  • Stealing, damaging, or misusing any property.

  • Possession or use of Cannabis or illegal drugs.

  • Any other inappropriate conduct as determined by Maley Holdings.

Maley Holdings reserves the right to take all actions permitted by applicable law for violations of this policy.

OTHER POLICIES

  • Only registered hotel guests will be permitted access to hotel rooms and suites.

  • Marijuana products and the use of illegal substances are prohibited in guest rooms and throughout the property.

  • A valid credit card authorized to cover room and tax, plus $50 a night for incidentals, must be presented upon check-in for the following room types: Standard King, Double Queen, Single Queen (ADA), Junior Suite, Junior Suite (ADA), and Executive Suite. 

  • The maximum occupancy for all standard rooms is two (2) people, and up to four (4) people are allowed for our Double Queen room type. Violations may result in eviction and trespassing from the property.

  • Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or later.

  • Check-out time is before 11:00 a.m.

  • Guests may request early check-in and late check-out for an incremental fee based on availability. 

  • Guest must be at least 21 years of age for check-in.

  • There is a 14-day maximum stay restriction for all reservations.

  • There is a limit of three rooms for each reservation made online. Please contact the property directly for all inquiries of four rooms or more.

  • Excessive outside food and beverages, as well as large coolers, are not permitted at the property. Guests arriving with these items must discard or leave them in their vehicle for their visit.

PROMOTIONAL RESERVATIONS
In addition to these Special Offer Terms & Conditions, reservations booked under a Special Offer are subject to additional property-wide terms and conditions. If the terms and conditions of this Special Offer conflict with the property-wide terms and conditions, the terms and conditions of the Special Offer will govern.
